I and many others, including some pro's on the NFL network, think it was foolish of BB to leave Tom Brady in the game and exposed for more injuries when he's already hurt. Very very poor personnel management today.
This has easily been Belichick's worst year with the Patriots in the decision making dept. Perhaps Bill has bitten off more than he can chew and it's time to hire to LEGIT co-ordinators??[/QUOTE

u are correct sir.....BB has not won anything since losing two seasoned coordinators.....now McDaniels did a good overall job until everyone started doubling Moss on every play and he could not adjust and get creative.....his lack of adjusting in the SB in 07 was horrific........Crennel and Weis were a VITAL part of this team's success....combined with Pioli and BB....what a great team. He needs to bring in top shelf OC/DC's....Obrien or any other freshman "hack" OC's aren't going to get it done....and Pees is average at best.....no imagination.....no adjusting.....they need to get rid of him and OB.....
The guy has a lifetime of coaching and football experience.....case closed.
Well, so does Herman Edwards...and Herm even played the game.
I think BB is among the best active coaches in the NFL and we are lucky to have him, but I think the original poster has a point that he is "imperfect."
Belichick the general manager should be criticized more than Belichick
the head coach. He has been responsible for the drafts, trades, and
free agent signings that have permitted the defense to fall apart.
