Congrats to Romeo!

Good for RAC. Hope he does well there, except for against the Pats, of course!

With a Good GM in Pioli, RAC should do well. It will be interesting to see if he makes any major changes to his coaching staff. I think that Spags would be a great DC for him :D

Presumptively, he and Pioli will be on the same page - or at least a whole lot more than Piolo and Haley were.

If he gets a strong O-coordinator in there, with a healthy Cassel, Charles, Moeaki (sp?), the Chiefs could be legit next year.

The Chiefs will be legit anyway, because they'll certainly play Defense.

Congratulations to Romeo.

Good for Romeo. I think he earned it the way he lead the defense followed by how the team responded to him when he was the interim.

I think this should work out better for Romeo than Cleveland did. I think this team has more talent than that one and he already has some continuity built up with his team and his GM.

I think one big key to this is finding the right OC to work with Cassel as this will be his fourth OC in 4 or 5 years (Josh, Charley, Haley, and whoever is next).

Good Luck Romeo except when up against the Pats.

Good for RAC, he is a great coach, although I was kinda hoping that they wouldn't give him the job and he too could come back (in time for the game against Denver) then the league would really start crying.

Way to go RAC! KC continues to be a surrogate team for me to follow.

Congrats to him!! His players seem to like him a lot, I wish him all the best!!

The KC Chiefs just became my second favorite AFC team!

(OK, they already were).

Congratulations, Mr. Crennel, you deserve it!!!!!!!!!

Good for Romeo, a class guy and a great defensive coach. He deserved the job.

Congrats to RAC! Hopefully things go better for him than they did in Cleveland.

Congrats to Romeo. Hopefully he, Pioli, and Cassel find some success in KC.

I've no idea how things will go next year, but watching the Chiefs, with nothing on the line, competing and playing with such focus against Green Bay was a real tribute to him.

Good job by Pioli recognizing a coach that players love to play for. Hopefully they get him a talented coordinator for the offensive side of the ball.

Shottenhiemer should be available soon.

Well done Romeo!

Sounds like the players have a got a coach they can respect.
