It has been rumored for months that the Saints were looking to trade stallworth and with the addition of Johnson to their team, maybe the Saints are going to just cut him loose. The Patriots are still in great shape in regards to the cap and could be interested in picking him up, and most other teams in the nfl are either set at WR or do not have the cap space left to make a play for him. This is just a thought, but wondered what others have thought since I have not really seen this mentioned yet.

I'd be happy to see the Pats get Stallworth. I know the Saints have been looking at moving him, but I don't think his contract is anything they would need to cut him over. I think they either trade him or keep him. I don't expect him to be cut.

That thought has come to mind..and would be quite good...Cash ??? OR maybe a player as well or?? A pick??? Not at all a bad thought..we need another top notch wideout...Would NOT be surprised if a deal for one comes up soon!!
