Cop shot dead, the bastard killer was serving THREE LIFE SENTENCES and the god-damn LOON parole board turned him loose, I hope the members of that parole board carry this with them for the rest of their rotten lives.

People say that "Cops make to much money" this is what they are paid for to die in a parking lot murdered by a savage.

Did you read the article.. the parole board did not do it, the appeals court told them to do it.. and there is no reason listed for why they granted the appeal... the wording is strange.."not imcompatable", is the same as is compatable, I think.

Might want to find out why the appeal was granted, before you start ranting and raving and just blaming people... without regard this guy should just stay in seg for the rest of his natural life...it is cheaper than the death penalty.

Facts don't matter to loons like harry. Read something tragic, try to make it political despite absence of any real facts.

    The spam-bot strikes again.

Whatever, somebody serving 3 lifes should never be turned loose, if you think I'm bad read some of the comments to the story.

Loonism at it's finest, if he was in a Muslim country he would have been hung or beheaded a long time ago, maybe we need a "Muslim Takeover" they sure as hell know how to handle these Vermin bastards.

Not surprisingly, you're assuming he should have had the 3 lifes in the first place.

His crimes were pretty serious, and violent, but there are plenty of people who get life sentences but shouldn't.

Typical righty, though -- claim you want small government, and that the government is inept, but when it comes to laws and the criminal justice system, all of a sudden got complete faith in the government and its bureaucrats.

The comments of your fellow right Komrades do not add veracity to the article...

The board gave this guy parole probably because he was the son of a cop. He had never killed before so the life sentance's are deceiving. It sound like he was goody two shoes while on the inside, so under those circumstances the board made a mistake, sometimes that happens. I wouldn't want to be coming up for parole, their probably going to shot everyone down, even those who are in for dealing weed.

Interesting. Are you suggesting that desire for smaller government means advocating the abolition of the criminal justice system? I don't think you are. I'm for smaller government (though not in the sense that Republicans might suggest), but I also recognize that letting the government handle criminal punishment is far better than leaving it to the citizens; see Taliban execution procedures. On the other hand, the death penalty would be a lot cheaper. :confused2:

If it is wrong to politicize it then it is wrong to put it in the media, politicizing it may save another Cops life, it may help to prevent the release of another piece of sh!t.

Not at all. I'm actually surprised you thought that could be the case from what I wrote.

All I was referring to was the contradictory views many on the right have, as they question government competence in most areas and decry the "nanny state" yet have a blind confidence in the criminal justice system and seemingly rejoice over having more and stricter laws. (same kind if thing applies to their reverence for our military and military spending)

The criminal justice system is a rightful role for govt, but it deserves even greater scrutiny than other govt areas, IMO, given the impact it has on lives.

Wrong. It is a valid news story.

But you've tried politicizing it without a shred of facts regarding the politics involved. Not that there's anything surprising there.

    Loon Parole Board:
They turned the animal loose because he learned how to do a computer and he learned how to talk, he also addressed his drug problem (he couldn't get any while he was in the can)
God Damn Crazy Do-Gooder Liberals, everybody on the Parole Board should finish doing the dirty bastards time.

    News Today:
“We want a comprehensive review of this case,” said Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association President Mark Leahy. “The taxpaying public hears ‘life sentence’ and thinks someone is not getting out. Two life sentences, the sentenced is definitely not getting out. This cop killer had three life sentences and he got out.”

Cinelli, 57, of Woburn — who had more than 70 entries on his rap sheet, including armed robbery, firearms and attempted murder charges, according to law enforcement sources — received three life sentences in the 1980s for violent crime sprees he went on following two prison escapes. Twenty-two months ago, he was set free by the Parole Board, which in its decision praised the career con’s willingness to learn computers, refine his public-speaking skills through Toastmasters and tackle his substance abuse issues while behind bars. Freeing Cinelli, the board found, was “not incompatible with the welfare of society
