The actual results of the contest conveniently disappeared, of course you do not want the commoners to view them...

Without them there can be no scrutiny by the posters, but these seem very skewed and biased... as mentioned before you do not comprehend basic conflict of interest, PF 13 should not have been part of judging himself...

    Subjective criteria for objective results..

I would like to see the posts that were used against me. I know i complained about myself, was that counted. And i'm sure i insulted wolfie a couple of times, but i don't remember putting up many posts like week. I tried to stay out of the fray. So 4.5 points is a little surprising.

I have learned to control myself but my realism and commonsense are well known throughout the internet.
I do what God told me to do "I turn the other cheek" many times I have been tempted to say "go f-ck yourself you stinking f-cking son of a b!tching rat bastard" but I quietly go out in the yard and "look up"

These scores prove what I've been saying all along: I only respond with roughly half the venom directed at me. But since it's essentially 7 whiny crybaby sanctimonious liberals versus 1 Wolfpack, and the moderators don't do a damn thing to actually enforce the rules of the forum against the liberals in here, I'm the one that will be going away for a while. :singing: :singing:

Don't worry Harry. You'll never win the contest. I'll take the bullet for ya. If I think you're in the lead, I'll go thread-to-thread and just start calling people names at random. We can't afford to lose your contributions.

If that were the case then Darryl and Hebeill wouldn't have taken 2nd and 3rd place.

So who hands out penalties to the moderators, when they break the rules? :p

PF13 got three points. I don't see any favoritism or special dispensations going on.

The suspensions are voluntary, anyhow. I presume if one of the mods "won" the contest they'd follow the same rules and refrain from posting for the set amount of time just like anyone else does.

Having been a mod on another board for years, I tend to think that in an open reporting contest in a public forum like this that the mods would be harder on themselves then they would be on others simply because "the whole world's watching," so to speak.

    Just my opinion, of course.

The reason we introduced the silver and bronze medals was to address the problem you are describing. It was the only fair way. But, the fact remains that you are the individual most likely to make a personal attack, with several liberals running behind you. Make fewer personal attacks, and you will not win the contest.

If PF13 or I should win the contest, we'll deal with it then. My guess is we would take a voluntary suspension. PF13 and I of course discussed the points he accrued, and he had no problem whatsoever. As Mrs. P. pointed out, the moderators do have a responsibility to hold themselves to a high standard. We're not perfect, but both PF13 and I are among the fairer posters here. Let's give a hand to all the posters, like you and Icy, for instance, who made no personal attacks. Yours truly, Frauders. ;)

I'm surprised calling all Republicans and Tea Partiers racist isn't construed as a personal attack.

In a political forum if someone believes that all Republicans are racist, they are free to discuss it in this forum. It should lead to healthy hard edged discussion. However, if that same person said you were a racist, it would be a personal attack, and no good would come out of it. Frankly, only an idiot would say that all Republicans are racist because at the very least there are liberal Republicans who very much see the party as the party of Abraham Lincoln and Teddy Roosevelt.
