For some who have said that Bush has kept Congress in the loop, this obviously is not the case. The fact that this is coming from a Republican makes it even more damning of what Bush has done. There have been debates and threads about this and many stated again and again that Congress HAS had the oversight..WRONG Again!! It's interesting to see the debate continue on this..whether the public will ever know what is being done in their name may or may NOT happen.

Hokestra was on fox news sunday this weekend and was asked about this. He said they had a concern about some programs that had come up from people in the intel community, codenames they hadn't been breifed on. They put in a request and were breifed and everything is OK now. HE stated the procedural issues had been settled.
