Great show on CNN; you'll have plenty of chances to watch it.

It goes through the debt, kicking off with the fact that it's 200K per man, woman, and child... and touches on a variety of ways to solve the problem, from all over the spectrum.

By the way "Hero of the Propaganda Corps" medal to the first coward to one-star the thread sight unseen, based on the fact that I'm not one of our local extremists, and CNN isn't Fox.

Haven't seen it yet, probably won't, but I'll guess the VAT tax is prominent as a 'solution'.

Why would any Red Blooded Flag Waving Common Sense American watch a Left Leaning Biased news service such as CNN, they're as bad as NBC & PBS.

Dunno, Harry, I watch Fox and Disney both, just to get a good rounded diet of fairy tales to compare with reality.

1 hour in or so, 13, no VAT as of yet.

All of your "ideas" have been represented there, though.

I mean, other than underground walkways for African Americans so they don't offend whites by existing.

Good it is a refreshing change that CNN doesn't robotically folow the party line with respect with kies about racial slurs.....

Now that's just silly. Smith isn't a commentator, he's an anchor. So unless you're ready to concede that the anchors on Fox are reasonable, fair and balanced...

I'm "conceding" exactly what I said -- that he's one ofvthe few voices of reason. I know Fox likes to pretend that their bias exists only on the commentary side, but that's simply false.

Smith is one of the few Fox characters i've seen who repeatedly calls out righty characters and guests when they veer into the absurd.

So, in the same reply, you're saying that Fox's anchors are biased then say that their top anchor is not biased?

almost -- some of their anchors have expressed very biased views, much more suited to "commentary" than to news. I don't know how many anchors Fox has or whether they express this kind of bias on a daily basis, though. At the same time, Smith could be biased -- again, I don't watch him every day. But as I said initially, i view him as a voice of reason, as I've never heard him make the kind of outlandish comments other fox characters make and I've repeatedly seen him call them out.

Their only true news programs are on from 9 am until 1pm, the rest before and after is more commentary on news than reading and reporting- Smith's two shows included.
