Cleveland Browns WR Josh Gordon facing season long suspension

I get it's his 3rd+ offense. But even the NFL has said they will look into their MJ laws as they should. As states start to legalize it..the NFL will have to (and will) change their rules

It will look into them, but that doesn't necessarily save Josh Gordon's season. Losing an entire year of Gordon in his prime is a big deal for Cleveland.

Also, this article talks about a potential higher threshold before a positive, but it would still be considered a banned substance.

Legal or not legal, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be lining up to hand out a huge contract to Gordon after all of this. If football was the most important thing in the world to him, he wouldn't constantly put himself in these situations.

He was doing 74 in a 60, hardly grounds for getting pulled over. Especially with the **** I see around here on a daily basis.
Every cop I worked with in the military said, "Nine you're fine, ten you're mine."

Anyway, how is going 14 mph over the limit "hardly" grounds for getting pulled over?
