I get it's his 3rd+ offense. But even the NFL has said they will look into their MJ laws as they should. As states start to legalize it..the NFL will have to (and will) change their rules
It will look into them, but that doesn't necessarily save Josh Gordon's season. Losing an entire year of Gordon in his prime is a big deal for Cleveland.
Also, this article talks about a potential higher threshold before a positive, but it would still be considered a banned substance.
Legal or not legal, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be lining up to hand out a huge contract to Gordon after all of this. If football was the most important thing in the world to him, he wouldn't constantly put himself in these situations.
