"sex stuff" from the "kind and caring Liberals"

Remember The Racist Double Standard From The Left Wing Media,
1 Black Clarence Thomas And The Coke Bottle (Filthy Pig)
2 White Bill Clinton And The Cigar (tee hee boys will be boys)

    Racist Left Wing Hypocrit Bastards

Interesting from the former counsel from Monsanto... wonder how Anita Hill feels everytime this guy speaks..

Not surprised though, if a similar decision was made by the left the righties would be all aghast and say things like activist court..

    Remember...

Unless you called for Bill Clinton's impeachment for shoving a cigar up into his intern, any off color joke he made to Anita Hill pales in comparison.

    Savannah's favorite son...

Maybe his sides with those evil capitalists, because in his youth, blacks could not go to the "public" libraries here (you know, back when every elected official in the South was a Democrat), so instead he spent his time studying in a library built and furnished by that evil corporate capitalist pig, Andrew Carnegie...

    Sorry Charie....

Clarence Thomas is a joke, dude hasn't asked a SINGLE QUESTION in more than 2 years as a frickin JUDGE!!!!!

Thomas: No Questions in 2 Years

This dude should be telling you about your right to remain silent, not his understanding of freedom of speech.

Hate to break it to you CT followers.....but.....hes kindof an idiot.

So he doesn't ask questions, perhaps he and Scalia discuss the cases and They have Scalia ask the questions. What we do know is that he writes opinions and they are very well written and thought, and unlike Obama he can speak coherently without a teleprompter.

I'm surprised to see the Obama teleprompter statement (ok, not really). After Obama stood in front of 178 Republicans in Baltimore and answered their questions........oh wait, he must have been given the questions beforehand which were then displayed on the teleprompter. Got it.

This seems like the perfect opportunity for ol' silent Clarence to speak up. Oh wait he needs to wait for Scalia to tell him what to think:scared:

I guess Obama's an idiot too. He can't even pronounce "corpsman". He thinks it is "corpse-man". Only with him, it isn't an accent. He really doesn't know how to pronounce the word.

YouTube - Dangers of TOTUS: Obama Reads Word "Corpsman" as "Corpse Man" Twice
And where did you get your J.D. from that makes you qualified to tell a Supreme Court Judge how he must conduct himself?

TPTB has really attacked free speech VERY subtlely - for one, there's political correctness, two, luring churches since the 50's to incorporate as 501c3 statuses(in exchange for their congregations taking Sch A deductions for their offerings), etc, etc.

The 501c3 statuses for churches was HUGE, why? B/c no longer, the preachers of these churches could no longer call preach against abortion, gay marriage, and other government laws that are harmful to our nation. They can't even speak out against any kind of government tyranny either.

Remember once upon a time ago when churches played a big role in ending slavery?

If corporations allow shareholders to vote on their political support, then Thomas has a point. Otherwise, he's preaching a simplistic message that I think is political in nature.

    OH MY FRICKING GAWWWWWD!!!!!

So this piece of dog crap decides that freedom of speech extends to corportaions, All you Neo-Clowns flock to him like he is frickin Moses...

Then His Majesty speaks in Florida....

Questioning the Supreme Court and other government branches needs to stay within the range of fair criticism or "run the risk in our society of undermining institutions that we need to preserve our liberties," Justice Clarence Thomas said Thursday.

Thomas also told an audience at the University of Florida law school that some comments he hears about the court "border on being irresponsible."

Thomas said the court should be questioned but is bothered by some rhetoric with "the idea of assigning ulterior motives to opinions that people don't agree with, rather than saying simply that the court doesn't agree with my argument."

    SO......

You have the right to speak, corporations own that same right.....UNLESS you are talking about this decision and Thomas' view of it. You can be critical, but he'd like for you to say you don't agree with it and leave it there.

    What a hack.

    Clarence......shame, shame.....we know your name.

not a word on Clarence Thomas and his hypocracy....SHOCKER!

AND, if you are correct, why oh WHY did the Supreme court have to hear this case if it had already been decided?

They are not in that buisness.

Because a law that violated the decision was passed and the case took years to wind through the court.

Don't have a clue about the hypocrisy you are referring to, that isn't unusual though.
