I don't agree about parity. As soon as I saw Goodildo make it a priority I knew we'd never see it.
I see a few teams in the playoffs every year with a few exceptions. New teams occasionally make it, like the Raiduhs might this year, but the playoff teams are mostly the same every year.
Pats, Cincy, Pitt, Balt, Houston, Indy, Denver and KC are the usual AFC playoff teams. This year Oakland will jump in for Cincy and Miami could sneak in to spot #6.
Dont be surprised if Tennessee is the division winner in the AFC south this year. The Titans have the tougher schedule than Houston though.
Miami and Buffalo are both above .500 this year.
Oakland obviously having a great year
Denver might not make the playoffs.
The afc south has 3 teams going for the 1 spot.
the afc west has 3 teams plus the chargers that are probably going to end .500
The NFC east is loaded with good teams
The NFC south with tampa, atlanta, and the Saints are within 2 games of each other. Carolina is no push over
I could go on but no need I mean the league is pretty balanced this year.
