Charting Ben-Jarvus Green-Ellis' Performance on Sunday
By: Ian Logue

Taking a look at BenJarvus Green-Ellis' pefromance on Sunday, here's a breakdown carry-by- carry of Green-Ellis' rushing attempts during yesterday's win over the Jets....

He played a tremendous game. 8 or 9 more of those and he will move up in more peoples' minds as one of the best in the league.

The Pats should think about locking this kid up. They helped him to develop from an UDFA to the player he is today. Why not keep him around?

of all the 3rd downs we had, he only run it twice....

what that shows to me is that we are still not comfortable running the ball, and simply do it for the sole reason of being balanced

when we start throwing runs in the game plan on 3rd down, it will show we are truly comfortable and actually believe in our running game

it is too bad he is a FA this coming yr.:(

Watching him run the ball with authority yesterday, I kept thinking of past posts wanting Barber. This is the guy who will hang onto the ball and get tough yardage.

Anyone remember in the offseason when all the idiots thought we could just pick up a bunch of UDFAs to replace Green Ellis?

He ran it ten times for 59 yards on the most crucial drive of the game. They're comfortable.
