Acorn has a bunch of very intelligent white collar thieves leading a bunch of uneducated idiots willing to work for minimum wage. They have multiple layers of protection ... it's designed like the mafia for cripes sake.
Acorn needs to clean up its act...
That's too bad about ACORN. Considering the thousands upon thousands of poor city kids they hire, they have had very few scandals. I don't like the way Obama is playing things these days, but they seem to be trying to suck the wind out of the right. I wonder if it will work. It's an interesting strategy.
Forget the census, these people shouldn't be getting a dime of taxpayer money. And this is where obama was grown from, it explains a lot.
This is just the tip of the iceburg for them...
Wow. Just wow. And to think that our president has ties with this group...
Huh? If anything, I would say it's the other way around. The right wing and it's media affiliates are doing an absolute number on him, his policies, and his reforms.
And another thing, if he's spending his time "trying to suck the wind out of the right" instead of taking a look at the economy, or the war in Iraq, or the war in Afghanistan, etc. then he's not a very good president is he?
Well let's see ... some here in the forum seem to think the right is a bunch of bloviating blowhards - so sucking the wind out of them perhaps is the proper gameplan. .. you can't blow what you don't have.
I don't think one thing has to do with another. I think the administration is extremely focused on the economy, health care, and Afghanistan. Whether you agree with them or not, it's pretty hard to make the case that they're ignoring those issues.
By giving in to the right on their petty little issues, it means the right has to find new petty little issues, and removes those petty little issues from the new cycle. At least this morning, most of the political headlines on the internet are either favorable to Obama or neutral from what I see. I don't agree with the admin.'s strategy -- I rather see them push the Republicans back on their heels by investigating Bush crimes and prosecuting Wall Street brokers (who'd no doubt turn in Republican political folk in exchange for immunity), but Obama doesn't seem to be that kind of fighter, sadly.
I cannot WAIT until somebody gets around to investigating the cause-effect between the Dems utterly failed CRA initiative -- Carter, Clinton, Frank, Dodd, et. al. -- and its being Ground Zero for the economic meltdown.
Weeeeeee!!! Can't wait!! Can't wait!!! Can't wait!!!
I'm not sure admitted socialists and radicals being inside Obama's administration (notice how I didn't call them Czars) is a "petty little issue" there, Patters.
