HE should be charged and removed from office. What did Obama know and when did he know it?

Obama knew whatever holder knew!! This is great! If Holder goes down then there is no one to protect obama from being charged with everything he has done to this country!!

    I can answer those questions:

    1) Obama knew there was an active campaign of voter intimdation - especially of white voters

    2) He knew when it was going on

The left has never liked Holder. He's much too conservative, and now it appears he has not been entirely honest. If that's the case, Obama should get rid of him and appoint someone who will prosecute the Bush administration for its lies that resulted in the deaths of American troops and the application of torture against the Geneva Convention and investigate Clarence Thomas for his chronic failure to report hundreds of thousands of dollars on financial disclosure forms. If that's the end result of this investigation, it would be a victory for the American people.

Once again you forget about due process, and you in your ability as mod can adjudge guilt and innocence.. he allegedly lied to congress until proven otherwise.

ATF Fast and Furious: New documents show Attorney General Eric Holder was briefed in July 2010

    By Sharyl Attkisson

WASHINGTON - New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress.

On May 3, 2011, Holder told a Judiciary Committee hearing, "I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."

Yet internal Justice Department documents show that at least ten months before that hearing, Holder began receiving frequent memos discussing Fast and Furious.

Well Holder testified in July that he had only heard about this crimunal enterprise weeks before his testimony, now multiple emails show he was being updated on the operation a year earlier. Even you might be smart enough to add 1+1 even if it is a stretch.

Even I might be smart enough?? Sounds like an ad hominen attack by the impartial moderator.

So you do not believe in due process as articulated in the Constitution??

If he knew and did not stop it he is responsible, this was a stupid idea..

EVen the Washington Times cannot connect these dots.. but the readers can, as outlined by their comments..
