In the top half, that's nice, and within less than $1M of the top 12.

I wonder if this is under our cap or under the league cap, as it says. If it's not ours, we'll be $2M worse off than this suggests.

Wow. how did JETs go from 26M over to 14 Million under. I know they
cut some big $$$ players but that is a big swing even with new cap.

Curtis Martin restructured his contract. Pennington restructured his and cut some ENORMOUS money. The cutting of Mawae and Fabini, amongst others.

Also, I am sure they changed some LTBE bonuses to NLTBE bonuses as well.

I want to know what is happening to the Colts and the Redskins. It would be intersting if they aren't allowed to participate in the draft as punishment for being over the cap. This was the punishment early in the cap years.

They have until 6PM or 8Pm to get under. How? I don't know.
 
So how will the Colts eat the $5.9 that they are still over?
