The Chiefs are looking like they are going to be in good shape for the future. After the draft they had this year and with 36 million in cap they should be scary soon.

The have Herm Edwards as coach. How good can they be?

Beyond Herm and potentially no franchise QB, remember - cap and cash (revenue stream) are two different things, and if there is no cap in 2010 and beyond only revenue will count. KC is about middle of the pack, neither a have or have not - but closer to have not. Their revenue stream is almost $60M less than ours and we're not the top revenue team, just a top 5. Their revenue stream is within $15M or so of the lowest revenue teams.

Herm at coach and Croyle at QB? Chiefs fans are already scared.

$9.97 million? When is Vince's contract up for renewal?

Brodie Croyle's wife is pretty hot (even a little ditsy) at least the Chiefs fans have that.

How? It isn't like there is anything left in free agency to spend their money on, so how they gonna get scary? All they can use the money for now is to extend thier own players. THat won't make them scary. It will make them the same old Chiefs with teh same players.
