this person even lists the 10 specific seats they are selling, for only $2500 each.. plus bar and buffet, which means these tickets came from kraft....

The tickets also include 10 VIP passes with access to the Patriots tailgate party at the Dana Farber Field House (2 1/2 hours prior to the game.) Complimentary bar and all you can eat buffet.

Huh. I know how to report to eBay, but they wouldn't care.....how do you report it to the Pats?

    ETA, I reported it here
    http://www.gillettestadium.com/contact_information/
under the 'tickets' option. Not sure if it'll be seen by anyone who cares or not.

If I remember correctly, of the 2500 donation, 2100 or so is tax deductible. So you buy 10, get a 21K deduction, flip the tickets for cost.

Anyone here work for the IRS?

    :)
