is it just me or does it seem like all of Karen's articles are about Brady? I think she wants him.

that one is a little disheartning... Brady is a kraft guy and this event means a lot to the krafts.. I hope those crutches are a joke..

Brady may simply be ducking the questions that would be posed

    if he was there.

Either that or she wants Scoop Tomase's job they've been advertising in the classified's...

I guess she found Tom eventually on video tape shown at the gala because he's on the West Coast attending to personal business (as if he's allowed to have any...)

Things like this make me nervous ... Brady moving on to the left coast to be closer to his son when his contract is up? Could be why Belichick drafted O'Connell as Belichick already knows brady may move on....

Brady is signed through 2010, that's another 3 full seasons and he has stated that he wants to finish his career with the Patriots. BB's contract runs through 2013 and as long as BB is around TB will be around as well.

finish his career does not mean a new contract beyond 2010.
don't be so sure of that ... Brady came from a tight family and I am sure he wants to be great dad. To be a great dad may mean being closer.

Brady has also covered that before, he'd like to play a long time just like Vinny Testaverde.

i wished brady hadnt taped a message or not mentioned where he was publicly. Herald guys wouldve gone nuts over what is happening . ...not to mention the boot and the crutches now looks like a elaborated prank the pats players on the media :rofl:

on another note..doesnt chris berman usually host this event. hopefully this is another step in moving away from ESPN...

I know he says he wants to retire a Patriot, but I wouldn't doubt if he ends his career with the 49ers, his childhood team.

Possible and I just don't see Brady playing to a ripe old age like Favre. Until 2010 probable and I hate to see it but I don't see an extension beyond that in a Patriots uniform.

Brady gives me the impression that he will find other challenges to dedicate his time to and I doubt they will be on the sidelines or even in the booth. The sky is the limit for Brady's life beyond playing QB. I think the Kevin O'Connel pick was because Belichick already knows Brady's future plans.
