I just cant stand these other teams capitalizing while TB is out.I want TB to get that elusive 4th ring.He needs to be back in 09 and healthy. It would be a shame if he doesnt.

I have a gut feeling Brady won't be back next year. This injury just has too many question marks associated with it. I'm constantly checking the rotoworld updates every week or 2 on Brady and keep seeing sad reports on his conditioning. I know you can't put much stock into blogsites, but what else can we go by? You've got Matt Cassel who's proven himself already and I think still has some ceiling left to his game, the Pats will still be a formidable team in 09
But it would be a devastating blow to the NFL to not have Brady in uniform. He's meant everything to the Pats success and really is the greatest athlete in Boston sports history.

Personally, I was hoping he'd take 2009 off so he would be ready for 2010 well rested. It could be an uncapped year and I want him well rested since he could have three or four future HOFers to throw to if Kraft opens the wallet. In 2009, he will just have Moss and Welker to throw to - BORING!

That e-mail defines: The Sky is Falling.
Here ya go - There is ONE guy in the world that we should all listen too - and that's Tom, He said

I honestly feel that the window is closing, and if the Steelers win this year, and get another one this decade, or pull a back to back, they will be considered the dynasty of the decade, no fluke 01 season, and no scandals...
The window is closing on this potential greatness... Simply put we were 1 loss away from being truly great... That would have solidified this team as an all time great, there is really nothing we can do from here on out that would have matched the greatness bestoed on this team that a perfect season would have been and it being the 4th championship in 7 years...
I think we have the ability to win 2 more before it's all said and done, but the Steelers are now in range to steal away everything the Pats have fought for...
3 straight years of "almosts" is killing them softly... Brady needs to come back, and if they don't win one within the next 2 years, then I believe the window is closed, and the run is officially over, and the next teams will have to forge their own legacy, but it will be too far removed from the 01-03-04 team to be considered the same team.
Just curious as to the date Tom wrote that?

Add Bobby Orr to that. Oh, you did say a host. Ted Williams.Russell,Bird and a host of other Boston sports legends have a genuine say in that
