    From NFLpa.org:

    2008 3500000.00
    2009 4940000.00
    2010 5470000.00
    2011 5950000.00

LB Gary Brackett: Signed March 1 for $6.6 mil over 4 years (unknown signing bonus):

    2006 460000.00
    2007 1670000.00

    2009 2415000.00

DE Raheem Brock: Signed Feb. 24 for $13.6 over 5 years (unknown signing bonus):

    2006 1950000.00
    2007 2035000.00
    2008 2620000.00
    2009 3205000.00
    2010 3790000.00

They've also given a $1.55 mil. tender to RFA LB Cato June, a $2.069 mil. tender to RFA DE Robert Mathis, and a $310 k tender to ERFA TE Ben Utecht.

Their only cap casualty cuts so far have been OT Joaquin Gonzalez for $455 k, and DT Josh Williams for $1.3 mil.

The Colts are $6.9 mil. over the cap per John Clayton on March 2nd.

Man, the Colts appear to really be having trouble understanding the 30% rule.

    #75 Jersey

FWIW - The NFLPA has to approve each and every contract so I am 100% sure that this contract did not violate the 30% rule. Brackett probably has undisclosed roster bonus this year.

Yep. Now I see that those numbers come from the NFLPA database. There must be something else being counted as salary this year.

Is it possible there are LTBE incentives that are counting?
