Has the board been running faster for everyone? I've noticed an increase in speed in the last day or so, and wanted to see if it's been performing as well for everyone else or if there have still been issues.

I said the above based on the past 24 hours - right now it is no slower than the average page. Seems like just recently, it hasn't been this speedy all day though.

Early this evening it was still click and wait for me. I've got use to clicking on links here and going to another tab while I wait for that page to load. But, as I write this it is almost back to 100% speed.

I hope you now have some time to get rid of all the spam and hard core porn links being posted in the General talk area. I think that's pretty inappropriate for a football fan site.

The site is much faster today then it has been in previous days. It would take a while to oprn threads and try to post so i havent been able to really read or post much but today its at its back to normal pace.

The hard work is really appreciated and i hope the new site is much easier for you to deal with then the last one.

It seems to be back up to a fast speed again. Thanks! Edit: I've just tested it on Firefox as well as IE and both are working fine.

Speed is fine for me and has been for over a day. When you have a chance you really do need to put somebody in charge of the General forum. Seems like it would be pretty easy for a current mod to cover that territory too. There's not that much traffic in there.

I agree with this! General forum seems to have been high jacked by religious pontificators. Maybe another forum?
Speed much better this am, as opposed to this past week. Thanks again for all your hard work Ian, I'll raise a few to you this Sunday!
