    NBC just just announced that last night’s Patriots-Eagles game has drawn some big TV numbers.     HA, any way to check how many were wathing at the beginnign of the game, and how many started AFTER the half? haha...i bet hte second number is greater

    That's what the NFL is all about these days, ratings. I was thinking about all the people around the country that were woken up by phone calls and text messages when the Eagles were up 28-24.

    Well there you go, as much as the media cries the Pats are bad for football... in reality people can't resist to tune in to watch the Juggernaut. Who cares if half of them want the Pats to fail, they are still TUNING in, which is exactly what the NFL wants. This game, along with Pats-Colts and Pats-Cowboys proves that the Patriots are one of those Marquee teams that make football RELEVANT.
