Yeah because he commuted Libby's jail sentence. I don't want to jump on theat merry-go-round again. I think less people care what Joe Biden thinks than what Parris Hilton does, by the way.
You might be right, in this crazy world we live in unfortunately..
Speaking of Paris Hilton, do you find it ironic that she spent more time in jail than Scooter?
More people care about what Paris says than Biden and anyone else. Put her up against Bush or Hillary, and she wins the ratings hands down....we're fukt.
Yes..........and more than Mark Rich and several hundred others that recieved full pardons. Very ironic indeed. But I said i din't want to get on that merry-go-round again.
Biden is a washed up Jerk, nobody cares what he says.
This is Biden------------> :bricks:
But you did.. once again bring up Clinton when we were talking about Bush..
He'll always want to get on the 'distract with Clinton, each time Bush is mentioned' merry go round. Its all they have left.
When I mention Clinton there are some that will bring up Bush.
It's in our genes.
Yes I brought him up to point out the hypocracy of the selective outrage of lefties like Biden. Their time is coming and you'll see the exact same thing in reverse. The left will be on the defense and bring up Bush every time one of their own is exposed. A merry-go-round indeed. I simply did not want this thread to turn into one of the 5 page pissing contests with each side excusing their guy.
Yes you'd much rather flip every Bush thread into a Clinton thread and then have it stay that way. When that doesn't work you decry the 'pissing contest' that you, that's right, YOU initiated.
Hey I wasn't the one who brought up the irony of Parris Hilton getting more jail time than Libby. Ironic jail term comparisons became fair game after that.
I started out saying more people care more about what Parris Hilton says than what Joe Biden says. I'm so sick of this outrage from both sides for things they are both guilty of.
Well, with all due respect, they're both presidents, and with that, presidents who's terms followed the others. When Hugh Jass wins in 2008, we'll all be talking about Bush, everytime Hugh Jass is mentioned.
The problem with the way people show disproportionate outrage to these things is also disturbing to me. It takes the focus away from the real issues. Who thinks presidential favors for political friends is anything new. It's a fact of politics. I don't like it, but I think an inordinate amount of time is spent on it. Meanwhile, people - real people - are dying and suffering from the foolish policies of the government all the time. We never spend the right amount of effort on anything it seems. The distractions help keep entrenched incumbents in power.
Re: Biden: George Bush is "brain dead" and "beyond redemption"
Good Ol' Plagarist Joe.
Did he lift that from a Neil Kinnock speech?
90% of the country don't even know who Biden is, Al Sharpton straightened him out.
