If it was okay for Cheney to have 5 deferments, why do you think it will be issue that Biden had as many?

Nice picture ... I hope she inspires a multitude of young girls to take charge of their life and reach for the stars.

I'm just asking will they be called "chickenhawks" like Cheney was called?

If Biden was gung ho, pro-war, then yes he'd be a chickenhawk. I don't know what his view of the Vietnam war was.

No because she is a woman, and in reality aside from Hillary there is still a lot of confusion in how to deal with a mom in this whole process...

It is essentially the same path that Richard Cheney took.. have said this before, lived through this stuff it was not all that simple.. everybody wanted a deferment and some got luckier than others.. personally almost killed myself drinking red wine and ingesting other crap, somehow I still passed the physical, but never got called. The whole Viet Nam Draft thing was a crap shoot..

LMAO at the Liberals. Now they are using Cheney to defend Biden. WTF ? If one of them is a piece of sh!t for this then they both are. Oh - and Biden voted to authorize the war, btw.

We're not defending Biden to liberals; we're defending him to conservatives. If 5 deferments was okay for Cheney, then I presume it was okay for Biden. Sort of takes away a talking point that conservatives would otherwise use.

It doesn't take anything away. Bush and Cheney are gone. Biden isn't. Just like Biden's comments about Obama can't just go away, your comments about Cheney can't just go away. If Cheney is a PoS for his deferments then Biden is too. You can't have it both ways, you hypocrite.

My older cousin was a musician ... he says he successfully failed the hearing test.

Using your logic, we're both hypocrites of course, and that sort of cancels things out. But, I would add that Cheney seems more willing than Biden to put our troops in harm's way, which made his hypocrisy that much worse.

First, quit calling me a hypocrite when I have never commented on Cheney. So stop it. Second, Biden voted to authorize the war so I wouldn't sit in judgement of Cheney vs. Biden on that one.

Sorry, I presumed you would have defended Cheney for his five deferments. And, while you are right about Biden, I still think he's to the left of Cheney when it comes to putting our troops in harms way.
