I didn't see this posted anywhere. SI goes through and rates each teams chance of winning/losing each game on a scale of 1-5.
If the Pats-Colts game is rated as a +1 in the win collumn for the Pats, then they rate it equally close for the Colts. If the Pats are a +4 in the win collumn for their game vs Houston, then the Texans' are rated as a -4 or so to lose the game.
It is fairly consistent across teams.
