Third String But Playing on Special Teams

Starters played one quarter. But I think it was really important to get the backups some playing time. You never know when someone is going to go down and one of these guys have to step up. They all played well and almost tied it at the end. I think the game time, pressure situations the backups played in will pay off more then winning this game would have. Sure I was disappointed when BB went to Cassell a little early, but I understand it. As far as getting the three or four seed, it really didn't matter to me. The road to the Super Bowl is going to go through Indy and Denver so I don't think it makes any diffrence which one we play first. We always had to beat the best teams in the AFC every year to get to the SB, so this year won't be anything new. If we can't beat any of these other teams, then we don't deserve to go. Just line them up and play them one game at a time. For right now, just concentrate on the Jaguars.
