In seeing all these threads about possible trades I figured this topic might interest. Now we are lead to believe that the combined brain trust is united on a pick/player, as that player matures do they still see them the same? Could SP be more into some players than BB? Any insider info? Possible trade scenarios??

They're about as far apart from each other in their draft positions that it's not as if one is 'competing' with the other, i.e., going to 'steal' a player by drafting him one or two picks ahead of the other. Of course, that could change on draft day with teams trading up or down. On the other hand they are probably looking for the same traits, the same type of player; even more so now that the Chiefs are changing from a 4-3 to a 3-4.

After the Vrabel trade anyone want to revisit this thread? Do you think they are done yet??

Obviously they have different teams. Parcells, BB, Roneo and now SP, go after the vets to spread some leadership and show how it's done.

Obviously, BB might be looking for some spring in the legs at LB.

Notice McDaniels went right after Gaffney too. Let's face it, the Parcells/BB tree is growing into the all time coaching fraternity (maybe?). They've got a formula that works and it's grab the proven winners to spread it around.

Once mature, like the Pats, you take a chance on a Dillon or Moss knowing you have leadership to spare.

As our ranks thin and we get further away from our 16-0 super bowl team what other players are "at risk"?? We included at least 7 rookies last year, we lost ALOT of free agents in the last 2 years(at least 6 and counting) and we expect at least 5-6 new rookies to make the team again this year.....but thats not the question. Who is currently under contract, a guy from our SB team, are we planning on swapping out to our "coaching tree"?? Are we done yet??
