I'd agree that Bolden is a poor mans' BJGE at what BJGE could do: short yardage, goaline, right up the middle type of running.
But like you said, BJGE couldn't perform ST, and Bolden has a little more outside speed to his game.

Their running styles are similar up the middle. Neither had great speed, but good vision picking the open ground to squeeze out yardage.
