    In the last debate and in interviews, both candidates have been asked what effect the economic crisis will have their plans. Both avoided specifics, but Obama conceded that some things might have to be delayed. That said, he did say that investing in alternative energy and his health care plan would remain as high priority issues because of their ability to affect the economy.

    As far as managing expectations, I think that's something that every leader, manager, supervisor, etc. must contend with.
