Some Pats go to the Derby and act like a bunch of rich spoiled kids and what happens? Is this ominous for their season?

And what's with Brady "owning a horse" with a bunch of gangster rappers? Good company there.

And I'm not a Pats hater or troll.

Yes you are. All you ever do is biatch and moan. Brady has been attending the Derby since 2003. As does Peyton Manning. They've QB'd two of the winningest teams in league history over that stretch.

What's the point of having a ton of money if you can't go out and act like a bunch of rich spoiled kids every once in a while?

And why is a horse dying at the derby a bad omen? I mean, there are probably rich businessmen there. Should I dump my stock in their company since a horse happened to die at an event they were at?

What's spoiled and rich about going to the Kentucky Derby? Would you prefer they went to Wonderland for the day?

What? Are they going to go into the Super Bowl undefeated and lose? Wait that already happened.

Belichick attended the NASCAR race when Dale Earnhardt Sr. smashed into the wall and died - The Patriots didn't win the SB that year either (2002 season).

    WE ARE DOOMED!!

McBee has to be 9 years old or younger to write such stupidity.

Um, check Wikipedia before you post. Dale Sr died Feb 18th 2001, and if I remember correctly the Pats DID win the SB the following year.

    too funny

edit: just read that you were off by a year, but these omens take time to gel. Maybe it will be another year before the dead horse comes home to roost, to mix a metaphor.

Every week I think I've seen the most pointless and idiotic thread that this board to offer. Every week, someone like mcbee comes through and sets the bar even lower.

OK, I google'd and discovered Brady owns a horse with Jay-Z and Lebron James. That's a bunch of "gangster rappers"?!?! Jay-Z is much more than a rapper, and is an extremely successful BUSINESSMAN, and Lebron James is the best basketball player on the planet. Yes that is GOOD COMPANY, you friggin moron.

    He's not a businessman; he's a business, man.

No, but seriously... in any other world but mcbee's, people would point out that owning a horse with two black men showed Brady's lack of prejudice and strong circle of friends; in mcbee world, a white man associating himself with two black men is incomprehensible.

If I had that much money, I wouldn't mind having a horse either. This is possibly one of the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Which of rich white horse owners looked gangster to you?

Cool. Much better to sacrifice a dead horse than a NASCAR goober to the football gods.
