Were it up to me, I'd keep the current silver helmet and grey/silver pants, and change the jersey to a red with the same numbers, etc.
I think that a red/silver uniform with the same "Flying Elvis" would look pretty darned nice. Heck, maybe even use silver letter/numbers, etc on the jersey.

I sometimes miss the old red and whites so this is really an awesome concept to me. Best of both worlds since we didn't have a winning tradition until we got Flying Elvis...
I like this look too (notwithstanding the redcoats association). Love the Flying Elvis way more than Pat Patriot, but also love the red jerseys.
Flying Elvis looks pretty tight on a white helmet, I got to be honest.

Saw this on r/patriots yesterday, loved it. And I'm not even a huge fan of the old uniforms.
Also on r/patriots, Chandler Jones apparently found and enjoyed this uniform concept:
Cue Tunescribe with his "The British were known as the redcoats, so this color was always an idiotic choice since they were wearing the color of the enemy."
Like they wore football jerseys in The Revolutionary War or something. Oy.
You know we're firmly in the doldrums of the offseason when the uniform threads start popping up.
Personally, I like the uniforms the way they are now.
Looks awful. Here's what I think: The British were known as the redcoats, so this color was always an idiotic choice since they were wearing the color of the enemy.
