Cameron: Climate of denial - PATRICK GAVIN | POLITICO CLICK

What’s more important to director James Cameron than that you see his blockbuster film, “Avatar”? Climate change.

"It's the 40th anniversary of Earth Day," Cameron told POLITICO. "We've been at this for a while. What is this big disconnect?"

Cameron said that Americans are living in a "climate of denial" about the environment, and that people aren't facing up to their responsibilities to the future.

“If we're not informed,” he said, “we can't have an informed opinion and informed vote. And our leaders have no mandate."

Perhaps Mr Cameron can look in the mirror if he wants to learn about uninformed.
