I know you won't see this because you "block me"--:singing: but I actually agree with you, they must have finally woken up to the fact that "people want their drugs" and all the laws man can up with will not stop the people from getting their drugs.

Lawlessness will not RISE, lawlessness will decline, now the people won't be killing each other over their "deals gone bad" the scummy dealers will go out of business, new taxes will go to the government and the User can do all he has ever wanted to do, he can go home, use his drug then stare at his Navel and laugh his a$s off, now he won't be forced out into the street where he might get his head blown off looking for his fix, he can just go down to the variety store and legally buy his "junk".

It's the Alcohol Guzzling Drunk that goes home on a Saturday Night and beats the sh!t out of his wife and kids and then kills his dog.

Well, actually, Argentina has always been a somewhat chaotic, and messed up place. Lots of crime and a bad economy.
