Are the Chargers 1/2 an expansion team now?

Barry Switzer showed that if the team has enough talent, then any coach can win a SB. All San Diego needs is a known coach to come in and not change too many things.

I would bet that most coaches would LOVE to have a roster as talented as the Chargers.
