So, I was wondering what all this hubub was about, so I went back and re-read everything. Dude, I'm only two years your senior....and...wow, just wow. You're old enough to vote, use tobacco, or die for the country. By definition you should be MAN enough to handle your business and make smart decisions. I notice you keep infering that people are picking on you because of your age....YOUR 19, NOT 10!!! And from someone who is basically your age...you are a joke. Age doesn't make you a man, son, your decisions do. First of all, you want to make a bet with someone only if YOU stand to gain from it. To quote the gunnery sargeant, "You had best un-f*ck yourself!". How can you be such a little sh*t?! It's for CHARITY!! God, you need a severe beating, you know that?
How can you look yourself in the mirror if you don't work hard for what you have? Don't give me that "I'm earning my degree" crap. I'm in school too, homie. I also play ball, am involved in student organizations, and work four days a week for the money in my pocket. It's not much, but it's enough for beers, gas, food and dinners with my girl. And I earned it. My parents pay for my education, it's the least I can do to not further leach off of them.
My man, you need to grow up. Take some accountability for your actions and decisions. Realize how fortunate you are and how many opportunities you have been handed. There are many more people on this earth who do not have half the opportunities and blessings you do. I don't have much discressionary money. 20 bucks is actually a little bit to me right now, but I put it down on the colts bet because there's people out there who need it much more than I do. If only they got 100 mealswipes at a cafeteria free with tuition. Man up, dude. Man up.
