OpEdNews » Rage Grows at McCain/Palin Rallies as Obama Strides Toward Victory

"Red-faced, racially-charged Republican rage appears to be growing at McCain/Palin rallies as Barack Obama's national and swing-state lead over John McCain continues to build. New videos from McCain/Palin events in Pennsylvania and Ohio provide an up-close look at the face of hate as McCain/Palin supporters shout abuse at reporters and at peaceful pro-Obama demonstrators. These echo written accounts from McCain/Palin events published recently in the national press."

The article includes numerous specifics linked to actual videos.

these smear tactics are so embarassing and apparently the only thing palin knows what to do. rather than saying what she is about she is atacking obama. it's pretty classless but typical of politics.

it is bigtime desperation. if this was so legit you would have heard about it a month ago or longer.

let's try to not talk about the economy is their tactic

I see that rage from the left from time to time over here. Put out some info on Obama and rage inflicted lefties attack you with venom calling you a racist and every other name they can think of. So no ... i don't care to defend it ... I don't understand the rage from the left or right. It's not like this election is going to transform the country or the world anytime soon.

In all honesty, I would have picked others here before you to defend this type of behavior.

You've stooped low enough to defend redbaiting, calling him a terrorist, and calling your enemies 'commie faggots,' but I just want to be clear as to how low you've stooped. Do you defend those who call for Obama's death? Would you defend things like this?

LA Observed: Obama threat, white powder sent to LAT *

I'm told the Los Angeles Times mailroom opened a hand-scrawled letter today that read "death to Obama" and contained a white powder that triggered a call to the FBI and a city hazardous materials team. No one was injured and the powder proved to be harmless. My sources say the letter was addressed to staff writers Richard Serrano and Ralph Vartabedian and included a demand for a retraction to their story this week that detailed flying mishaps early in John McCain's Navy flying career. The nut mail was said to carry an upside-down stamp and language

Unfortunately it's because McCain is a lousy candidate and Obama is too slippery so it's all they have left. McCain can't explain himself well enough and 0bama is an outrageously good liar/exaggerator. There's a variety of weaknesses for Obama from his weak resume to his lies about tax cuts to his budget that doesn't add up. But he's a far better speaker than McCain so the points can't be made. If we had a candidate who could explain things, like a Romney, Gingrich, Kasich, Gindal, things could be different.

Well, I think its safe to say noone at the rally said "goddam America" or called the US "The United states of KKK". And I doubt any of them bombed the pentagon.

Obama has labeled him as a lifelong mentor and spiritual adviser - I'd call it a fairly educated and insightful comment but maybe not to those of you who can't handle the truth.

How dare you LIE to everyone here......

Show me ANY evidence that I HAVE DONE ANY of these things you say I have.

I'll accept your apologies in private if you prefer, but I do expect them. I've DONE NOTHING remotely close to what you've alleged, and am deeply offended at the inference. Don't let your passion overtake your reason Patters.

To be honest, they are not the brightest bulbs on the tree.

Then again, Have you watched real time with Bill Maher recently
Jeanne Garafalo is just as hateful and out of touch as anyone at the
    McCain rally.

When she talks politics, her comedy background is not an issue.
She is a hateful women who should be the poster child for the far left.

Linking Obama to Garafalo would be the ultimate insult.
