I was thinking that in 2001 the Rams came into our house, and while the Patriots did not win the game, they stayed with them and saw enough of what the Rams did to get ready for the SB and know how to beat them. Fast forward 5 years and the Colts come to Foxboro and win. People call it a blowout 27-20, where Tom Brady threw 4 picks, and the Colts benefitted from some immaculate bounces. Perhaps history will repeat itself. The pundits are saying that the Colts win is indicative of what we will see today. But it seems like the loss will be a helpful factor in today's game for the patriots.
