I have wondered about this for a while now.

What is the precidence? At some point, someone will bring a law suite.

Put it this way, if it were a politician, would they bring suite? How bout an actor? I mean, would this not cause harm to projected earnings? (regardless of what some people say about everyone wanting BB to work for them, this is an issue that a judge may find to be a problem. And, there must be precidence.)
