New England Patriots Tight End Aaron Hernandez in Trouble?

The Gronk is not the only show in town for the Patriots. In fact, I would go as far as to say that he owes a lot of his success to the other--quieter--tight end on the Patriots squad, Aaron Hernandez. Both are top notch, No. 1 options for a passing game. When they are actually healthy and on the field at the same time matching up with them defensively is challenging to say the least.

If a certain situation that Hernandez is embroiled in does not get cleared up who knows if the dynamic duo will be putting their wonder twin powers together next season.

TerezOwens.com has posted a short story that alludes to the possibility that Hernandez may have a legal issue brewing in regards to some incident involving a gun/shooting. There is not much to go on right now with the story, but Terez was able to come across the following letter from a lawyer to Hernandez...

(Link deleted due to personal information cited)

This could turn into a mess for the young tight end and the New England Patriots.

If this were legitimate, then there'd be police involved, not some random guy's lawyer. Screams money-grab to me, especially with how the lawyer would rather settle than go to court.

I'm calling BS, and I hope Hernandez goes after them for defamation.

He needs to get in touch with Aqib Talib's lawyer. That dude is a legend. I don't think Talib has never been found guilty of anything. Like was the whole "punched a cab driver" thing a misunderstanding?

I am not a lawyer, and I am sure the lawyers on this site can answer this better. But that is the type of letter you send in a civil case no?. Ie: Just before suing someone.

He's only 'in trouble' when he's been charged with something.

At least as far as what would concern me.

Ugh. That letter, presumably, lists Aaron Hernandez's home address. That sucks. I did a near-google search and I got as far as "22 r-o-n..." and google automatically filled in the address; which means it has been heavily searched. I didn't click on it; I'd feel bad.

How they hell did that crap site get a hold of that letter? That's the most disturbing part. Reminds of the Randy Moss "consensual horseplay" scandal... what a cluster**** that was.

This lawyer's letter is just a brushback, and nothing more. He's testing the waters to see if AH will simply pay up to make it all go away.

Hopefully, Aaron won't give this guy a single penny of Danegeld, because once you do that, then the sharks will be smelling blood in the water and they'll never stop hounding him.

that law firm has a season box at Met Life for all Jet games...it's just another bunch of scumbag New Yorker Rat fans making frivolous charges like they did during Spygate....those clowns were ambulance chasers too....everyone should send a 100 copies of the "Buttfumble" to the relatives of every shyster listed at that law firm. If these idiots are too stupid to realize what scum saucking turds they are, maybe their wives or mistresses will give them a good kick in their groins to remind them

    .

One of the heads of the law firm essentially blackmailed the Jets into giving his firm seasons tickets after he filed a lawsuit against the Jets and Brett Favre. This repugnant NY moron would sue his own mother on her deathbed if he thought he could squeeze a buck out of her....

    http://www.dnainfo.com/new-york/201...yer-connected-millionaire-madam-anna-gristina

Jaroslawicz has been in practice for more than 40 years and was selected as one of the top trial lawyers in the country by The American Trial Lawyers Association.

The Brooklyn Law School graduate was described in a 2000 New York Observer profile as an “aspiring scourge of the Internet” who represented sexually harassed women in the wild days of Downtown "Silicon Alley" Internet start-ups.

He also represented a former Miss USA who tried to sue the Sultan of Brunei for allegedly forcing her into prostitution, and last year repped Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole, massage therapists, who sued Brett Favre and their employer, the New York Jets, for sexual harassment.

This pestilential meat sack, who is totally bereft of any sense of ethics or morals, is most likely coming at AH with a paternity suit or another one of his trumped up "hookers and blow" specials...he should be WEARING a number ,not asking for them.

This opens up a whole new set of tactics for NFL teams. Get a scumbag law firm to file massive numbers of frivolous suits against the key players of your rivals. What Boston firm can we enlist?

Who is Terez Owens, and when was the last time they reported something that was true? Seriously looking at this website it looks like some celebrity gossip crap. All this site does is post pictures of athletes doing stuff, this was the only actual journalistic thing i saw in the first 4 pages and all they had to run it on was an anonymous tip and screen shot of a letter?

Should not even be a thread.
