The two Senators from California are a total waste of office space and salary money. Tax-payers' money, that is.

This merits discussion? She was very polite. I can't believe how oversensitive the right is getting. I prefer to be called Patters than some of the other things I've been called here.

OMG, a Senator wants to be addressed by her title. Shame on her.
Do you call a DR., sir?
Do you call the President, Mr?
Wondering how pissed the Brigadier General would be if he was addressed as Joe?
I guess because she's a woman we can just call her ma'am.

There is nothing disrespectable about calling a woman Ma'am. Never has been. Perhaps he should have said Senator, but he certainly did not need to be scolded like a little boy. Generals get called Sir all the time, and they don't demand the title.

She is such an a-hole and her distain for the military is never far from the surface, so it's not a surprise. The General should of called her a bit*h, you know he wanted too :D

Of course, he also could taken the "Late-night lefty" approach when dealing with female politicians and cracked a joke about fukcing her daughter right there in the chamber while Barney Frank holds his balls off the cold tile floor.

It's funny how selective you guys are when it comes to the treatment of female politicians. Depends on what letter is after the name I guess. ;)

Let's seeeeee.... Republican senator uses the power of his office to nail a married woman working for him... while her husband is also working for him... and liberals are misusing their power by asking not to be called "ma'am."

Yes she's mad with power, mad! Why, soon she may even badger apologies out of comedians!!! No wait, that was something we should be outraged about, outraged, the very thought that a comedian would tell a joke about your daughter getting knocked up, when you're famous for oh let's see... the fact that your daughter got knocked up!

You guys' posts appear to be the work of a bunch of whining, hypocritical, hate-mongering, one-note, one-half-braincell dolts, but I don't suppose any of you are such animals. It makes me wonder why you write posts that portray you as such.

Eh well. The world is full of wonders.

Hate on, Right wing fringies, hate on!

    You still lost LMAO!

And from everything I see here, you're intent on losing again.

Sure. So you must be talking about when Levi and Bristol first started the whole thing...? Or what?

Palin's a politico with a daughter that got knocked up out of wedlock, embarassing her campaign (or the campaign she was supposed to be the VP candidate for, to be more accurate... but she was too much of a spotlight whore to get that right.)

That's the joke. See, her daughter gets knocked up. Ha ha. Now dragging her other daughter into it, that's all Sarah.

    Why would she do that?

The only kind of parent Sarah Palin is is Transparent.

Re: I know what I'd call you

Another liberal scumbag who thinks she's all important. What audacity considering how I am sure that man has worked a lot harder to get where he is today than her. If I was him I just would have ignored her and kept calling her ma'am.

Barbara Boxer is about important as one member here would say ... as important as a Rosie O'Donnel queef.

They're supposed to be working to serve the public, not working to gain titles. Boxer is an example of what is wrong with American politics.
