Thanks for the head up. It was pretty funny when Carl Banks was on. He said Tuna gave BB total control over the D but when BB would want to try something Tuna was skeptical about, he'd tell BB in front of the whole team, "If that doesn't work you're fired". I guess what BB tried worked a lot.
