    Clinton did nearly balance the budget, but our military suffered from it. Didn't he half the US Military in his 8 years (I can't remember if he cut in in half or just cut out 1/3 of it)? I am sure it seemed like a good idea at the time, but these days...

    Nothing against Clinton, though. Between Bill Clinton and Bob Dole, I will pick Clinton any day of the week.
