All quiet at the Globe

Last week there was a thread bashing John Tomase at the Herald for being negative. I disagreed with the premise. Thursday's Tomase FULL PAGE story on Troy Brown, in addition to being a well-written piece, provides an interesting contrast to the lack of Pats coverage at the Globe. Posters on this board rail against Bogus and Cafardo, but it goes beyond that. The Red Sox paper would rather ignore the Pats than cut back on all those pages reserved for the Sox. Makes you wonder why they bothered to steal Reiss who, as we all know, does a tremendous job, if they weren't going to put him in print.

Here's a tip of the cap to Tomase and Felger and to the Herald for realizing that it's never offseason for Pats fans. Keep providing the stories. We always read them!
