AFC East: 8 years of 10 - 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012
AFC North: 6 years of 10 (7 appearances but two in the same year)
AFC South: 3 years of 10
AFC West: 2 years of 10

NFC South: 6 years of 10
NFC East: 5 years of 10
NFC North: 4 years of 10 (5 appearances but two in the same year)
NFC West: 4 years of 10

I seem to recall that the AFC East was supposed to be among the easiest divisions in the league year after year. :D

It *is* one of the easiest divisions. It's just that there's the Patriots, and not much else. The Pats are responsible for 6 of those 8, with the Jets (!) being the other two.
