2 games short of completing your goal

Only one team per year actually completes their goal. We are spoiled fans who feel that winning the Super Bowl every year is the Pats' birthright and anything less than that is a complete failure of a season. Most teams in the NFL would have killed for three consecutive conference championship appearances.

A couple more ass kickings will help with the coaching staffs egos. Not advocating for them taking sh** from players but there horrible coaching and lack of talent selection needs to be put on full display. Any body who defends this coaching staff is blind, time for Bill to realize what you did yesterday doesn't matter today. And Matt Patricia should be coaching an elementary school team. Bill Belichick is twice the football mind most will ever be but he is to smart for his own damned good sometimes.

I don't think a player should get into a shouting match with a coach. That said, we've all seen what our OC can be like. He cursed his players out like a crazy person live on nation TV. He had Steve Scarnecchia, the son of Dante, film a 49ers walk-through. When it came out, we got this rouge employee BS about Scarnechia. Even if you buy his excuse, remember his infamous line about the difference in the Patriots 'spygate' and his own. About the Patriots situation: "That was practiced, that was coached, that was worked on." Bilicheck forgiving him doesn't change that he said it. Threw the Patriots under the bus. Those comments reopened the spygate wounds for a good while.

Multiple coaches and players spoke out against him. Stories about Brady not talking to him for about a month. Hillis. Marshall. Cutler. Mike Nolan, who ran the defense for McDaneils, had to part ways with the Broncos because he couldn't get along with McDaniels.

He ran a lot of people off from Denver, when he had full control. He acted like a megalomaniac.

So maybe Dobson has went from never having issues through all of his college career and a full season as a pro to an 'immature' player. Or maybe McDaniels is doing what he has done time and time again. Believe whatever you want.

Another Josh rumor:

Reason why Peyton Hillis got traded to the Browns by the Broncos back when Josh was in Denver was because Peyton was trying to plow Josh's wife.

Let's hope Dobson wasn't running post patterns towards Josh's wife for the team's sake.

Has anyone made the Peyton Hillis joke yet? Did Dobson try to have relations within McDaniels wife? You heard it here first.

Edit: I see the post before mentioned it. At least we are all on the same page. I can't think of another coach that has been deeply offended by players on different occasions.

NEM hated all offensive coordinators.
Every fanbase does. 3rd & 3 Ridley stopped for no gain. "OMG why didnt he pass? !?!?! 3rd and 3 incomplete throw by Brady "wow we have stevan Ridley and we pass on 3rd & short fire mcdaniels!!!" Just because a play doesn't work doesn't mean its a bad call (also vice versa). When it comes down to it the players still have to execute.

It's not even that though, it's how predictable he is.

Next time our offense is 2nd and long, it will either be a shotgun draw or screen.

Now that is fair criticism. I feel like when we get to 3rd and long we may as well be punting. Those screens and draws only work vs our defense. Throw the ball and at least hope for a penalty theyre calling illegal contact left and right nowadays.

You forgot to mention those 3 super bowls way back when.

Such ungrateful fans.

Id like Charlie Weis or someone that Brady respects.
Charlie Weiss has failed miserably at every job he's has since The pats. And he has also ticked everyone off along the way. No thanks.

You mean like McDaniels did before he returned here?

Rumor has it Aaron Dobson was in McDaniels office casually pointed to a photo of McDaniels family and said you are blessed with a beautiful family.
Josh questioned Aaron on whether he wanted to sleep with his wife like a mad man Aaron apologized and said no way.
Josh then said oh so she's not good enough for you Aaron was dismissed and found a envelope detailing the suspension in his locker.

For the record I'm not ready to give up on McDaniels or this team would like to see Weis hired as a consultant for input.

Since the Pats last won, only 7 teams have won it in 9 years (Pittsburgh, Indy, Giants, Saints, Packers, Ravens, and Seahawks). So over 3/4 of the league are in the same spot that the Pats are and they were within one minute of winning two more Super Bowls (and before you blame McDaniels for them he wasn't responsible for David Tyre making a lucky catch or the defense letting Manning connect for a critical 30 yard pass to Mario Manningham on final Giants' drives).

If mouthing off to McDaniels is what Dobson benched for two games, then that's some pretty dumb ****. I'd be more inclined to evenly parcel out the blame if McDaniels didn't have a history of pulling this crap with his players. He shouldn't have the authority to be benching anyone.

Belichick had to sign off on it. People act like McDaniels did this by himself. No personnel decisions are done without Belichick's approval.

she's been known to get a story wrong just as much as the other guy.

Try "more often than." Plus, like most of her fellow Globidiots, she's a lazy, whiny, agenda-driven hack.
