I thought I'd heard just about everything - I was wrong.

The resident FoxNews shrink, Dr. Ablow, has declared that Newt's infidelities just might make him a better president.

    The reasons?

Dr. Ablow is also quite taken with the rather brutal way in which Newt "broke the news" to each of his wives that he was leaving them for other women.

He says it means that he would be "equally, brutally direct with America about whatever issues he had with the entire country."

Keith Ablow, Fox News Psychiatrist: Newt Gingrich's Infidelity Might Make Him A Better President

Of course this is the same doctor who felt Maria Shriver should have taken back Arnold Schwarzenegger because she should have known that he harbored “deep questions… about his real worth and whether or not he was truly lovable,” so forgive me if I don't take him real seriously about how admirable Newt's cheating past makes him.

Anyhow....for all you guys out there who say MSM "spins" - right back atcha.

This is positively one of the most innovative attempts at trying to make a silk purse out of sow's ear that I've come across in a long time. He comes right out and says Newt's a pig - but hey, if three women wanted to wallow with him, why shouldn't all of America line up at the trough with them?

So the theory is that the whole country should want him to screw us?

The right is not all that enamored with Newt... a failed leader who had to resign in disgrace, three failed marriages, numerous affairs and now they want him to be president.

Remember John Edwards the Democrats moved away from him after they found out about his affair.. interesting that the Party of Family Values continues to embrace this whore monger.

So you think it is good or bad that Newt always cheats on his wife du jour?

The columnist cited by the OP says it's a good thing. Do you agree or disagree?

    I disagree with that columnist.

Do you think it is good logic or bad logic?

Or can you do nothing but reach backward and find a democrat to bash as if that were the actual subject?

Reminds me of John Edwards cheating on his wife while she battled cancer...both sides are equally sad and without principle.

P.S. If you or the Mrs see any kids with Ravens gear crying today...please say this to them....

    "In your face kid!!!! :D

The difference is when we found out about Edwards no one supported him any more, whereas is Newt's case he continues to be deified and his behavior is excused.. Capiche???

I just thought that maybe this Dr Eblow guy is on to something, maybe he is right, JFK, Bobby, Teddy, Billy Blue Dress all American Heros constantly being praised for their leadership could it be that the best choice for us come November 2012 is to elect a complete Immoral Wife Cheating Souless piece of sh!t scumbag to lead our country, could it be that they have what it takes to be a great President, isn't a Shrine being built in Boston honoring the Great Uncle Teddy, The Great Liberal Lion of The US SENATE, oh lord, at last we have found the answer it has been right in front of us all along, thank you Christ and thank you Dr Eblow.

I should add Dwight Eisenhower in there, he was screwing his secretary for years, she worked for him while he was in the army, he was a wife cheater also.

Nixon was sleeping with Henry Kissenger.

Kissinger was nailing Jill St. John, pervs.

I'm just glad we have the GOP so ardently committed to defending marriage between one man and one woman on the books, with the next one on deck like GOD intended.

Just wish they'd be more up-front and call it the Defense Of Open Marriage act (or DOOM.)

He found REDEMPTION, that's why lol.

John Edwards' career was utterly ruined, he got shredded but a lot of that had to do with the fact he'd kept lying about it, sort of a la Bill Clinton but Hillary wasn't dying of cancer at the time and Bill had not (reportedly anyway ;)) impregnated anyone either.

Newt's baggage is old but remains a bit creepy nonetheless. Too many of his wives bite the dust for my taste:eek:

His new wife reminds me a little bit of a younger Cindy McCain, barbie doll-ish in a way  It's all very strange, but it also takes the focus off of Newt's dabblings with Fannie and Freddie:rolleyes:
