A Patriotic Ode to Safety Dwayne Slay

    http://media.putfile.com/DwayneSlay

O Dwayne Slay, how majestic art thou
    Whilst decapitating unwary Quarterbacks!
    With thy mighty arm severing
Head from shoulders, pigskin from forearm!
Would that you might hoist the banner
Of the Flying Elvi over yon field of Razor Blades!

-and yes, I am partially insane.

    Great post!

That was one nasty hit. And what a great name! What's not to like?

(Insanity isn't a necessary qualification for legendary status on this board, but it's certainly not a bar ...)

I thought it was the only prerequisite? Poor NEM, to think he could have been a legend without frequenting the political forum...:(

I like him for special teams, not as a starting safety.

yeah but we have a lot of Safeties..and almost all play ST with Mitchell and Jones being recent guys. i rather not waste another pick on an ST player unless hes retruning kicks and punts but also contributing and here i would want a WR

Remember the Bryan Cox hit and how it helped change the direction of a game and a season? Never underestimate the importance of a headhunter. :D
