A Depressing Situation At WR and OLB

Speaking of WR, the loss of WW changes alot, WW was THE guy that got open very very quickly, once he went out of the game you could see Brady survey the field for 5 seconds (rare occasion when that was) and you knew it was taking too much time.

Seems like Brady is at his best when he gets rid of the ball in 2-3 seconds, the loss off WW changed all that, while #12 waited for soemone to get open.

So that WR pick-up, either thru FA or draft better be special.
So we need a quick guy, and another that can stretch the field, or maybe one LeSean Jackson please.

Or maybe our whole offensive style changes thru other means,,,more roadgraders maybe.

FWIW dept, the guy from Ourlads said this draft is very very good (don't they say every year)

Centers are a weak class, DTs are a great class.

This is a deep draft class and DT is looking pretty good.

There is definitely some light at the end of the tunnel regarding WRs, we have a shot at picking up some solid talent through free agency:

Kevin Walter - very solid and under-rated, now is the time to pick him up before he becomes a bigger name in the league.

Dominik Hixon - good receiver and a very lethal kick returner

Kassim Osgood - underused as a receiver and is also good on special teams

T.O. - He's proved he can behave himself on a really bad team, we could probably get a year or two out of him.

3-4 or 4-3? Seriously, he's an interior DL, but his hands are good enough that he can play on the edge in a pinch.
