BB said something in his press conference today about how the whole team's work effort and preparation rest on the person that is carrying the ball, so whoever has it had better understand how big a responsibility it is to everyone.
This was such a great point and to some degree I never consciously thought of it in that way.
Just mentioning that at every possible opportunity he references responsibility and accountability among his players.
