2015 NFL Mock Drafts

Do you think bb has any chance of getting wilfork to rework his deal? I admit I am skeptical, but feel bb can get a revis long term deal done.

I really think it will be hard to make happen. For one, VW has only made 50 million in his 11 year career, which is nothing for one of the premier DT in that time span. Another thing is, he has been the model citizen, and teammate. The problem is, his production really has fallen off, especially over the last 8 weeks of the season. I was really hoping he'd just come out and retire, seeing how strong the FA DT market is this year. Its a shame, but I highly doubt he be willing to come back for something in the 4 million a season range. With all these possibly cap issues we will be facing over the next few weeks, it doesn't look good for Big Vince.

Over-reacting to Revis leaving.

1. Marcus "Coach Choking" Peters - CB - Washington

Reggie Bush at $3 million per is a bit too rich for me, I also think he will get at least two years, I think id rather see if the Pats can get Pierre Thomas for a one year deal

I'd like to get one big play threat. Either Harvin or Bush. I'd be fine with Thomas. Would prefer Harvin instead of Amendola then.

Just to give you an idea how much Bush has produced recently. Vereen has 907 yards rushing and 1023 receiving in his career. 4 season. 1930 yards. Over the last 4 years Bush has 3375 rushing and 1341 receiving for a total of 4716. Way more than double Vereen's production.

This is a really strong mock! I think peters would be a beast in our defense if his head is situated properly,

Davis is a really good back with success in the sec.

Bell could develop into a reliable st'er and pass catching option.

Saw Plummer play and was impressed with him. Not sure if it translates into the nfl, but well worth this pick.

Chickillo is the sleeper. I wonder how much better he could have been, had he received better coaching in a better scheme than what he had at Miami.

Great job!

Thanks Ochmed. I follow Donovan smith on twitter and he's working out with Douglas. Seems like they've struck up a friendship. Would be nice to get two big boys like that.

I'll keep you guys posted if we sign him. But, I have a friend who knows Colin McCarthy too. He's from NEPA. I used to work with his cousin's wife. She promises to give me inside scoop if he signs with us.

CAn i ask what makes Marcus Peters a good prospect for us? I've watched tape and see talent but I'm not quite sold on him. But overall pretty good mock.

Matt Miller has him as his top cb on the board. Thinks he'll drop because of character issues. I can say the same thing about every cb prospect out there this year. I see talent. Not sold.

I like all of the guys you took Tipp. But, Ronald Darby is going to be a late 1st or early 2nd. He's 5'11" 193lb and ran a 4.38. He played at FSU. We're going to get a supplemental 3. I think the best order to attack those positions(dt,cb,g) is cb in the first. It's a really thin group back there this year. You might be able to move up in 2nd for a guy like Carl Davis or Phillips. Use your 2nd and 3rd. A good G will drop to 97.

Assuming we sign a DT, CB & G that all are starter level at some point in FA.

#32 - Trade for 40 and 110

#40 - Byron Jones - CB (A long term CB option is now #1 on my list. If someone like Jone is available at this spot he is worht the pick.

#64 - Hardinson - DT

-TRADE- our 4th and our 3rd (this changes if we swap picks in the 3rd with the Jets due to tampering obviously)

#76 - Ali Marpet - OG

#99 comp Olomu - CB (cut/trade Wilson(and or Dennard) and move Ryan to S. I think we should double down here in the hope we get at least 1 long term solution. Olumu is more of a slot CB though but has shown outside coverage skills IMO. Also could be IR'd. One of my binkies.

#102 - ILB (IDK who this is yet but i think we need to plan for a Mayo replacement or and want one ready no later than next year and at least a reasonable back up for this year if he is cut).

#110 - Traded for a low 4th and 5th OR a player TBD

Wouldn't have a problem with this at all. By the way, there's no 'N' in the middle of Hardison. It's just Ive noticed it in the past - probably autocorrect I imagine.

Autocorrect changes it to "Harrison" for me. Drives me nuts to have to keep correcting it.

Prior to Revis's and Browner's departure, with extra picks, fewer positions to bolster, and with a (supposedly) unexceptional draft, I was anticipating the Pats trading out into next years' draft. But with seemingly more compensatory picks coming next year, and with more needs, I now expect the Pats to use all their picks to this year to move around the board and target specific players. I just don't know who...
