I did the UT/UGA game and I watched Ainge a whole bunch. And while his arm strength seemed OK and his accuracy looked decent, the thing I couldn't help but notice is that he was very poised. I am a big fan of poise in a QB and he definitely exhibited it out there Saturday.
I lot of that could be because they spanked the bulldogs prettyy bad, but it could also be more.
The one thing that did concern me a little about him was that he really stares down his receivers and that could be troublesome on the next level.
Bottom line: I don't know if he can be a starter in the NFL unless he is in the right situation for him. But regardless of where he winds up, he has decent mechanical skills, intelligence, leadership and poise to be at worst a capable backup.
